FOB Hospitality: Where Bold Flavors Meet Fresh Innovation

In the heart of Orange County, where global flavors collide and culinary traditions thrive, FOB Hospitality was born—a brand dedicated to big flavors, fresh ingredients, and a better way to eat.

It all started in 2018 when Moe Ghazi and Ramsay Haralambous teamed up to create Fresh Off the Boat (FOB)—a fast-casual eatery serving wholesome, bold, and flavor-packed Baja-Mediterranean meals without the high price tag. The goal? Reimagine casual dining with real food that fuels real life.

A Partnership Built on Passion & Expertise

Ramsay, a finance expert with an eye for precision, was already running a restaurant in Tustin but wanted to elevate the concept. Enter Moe—a restaurant industry powerhouse with 20+ successful restaurants under his belt, including Panini Kabob Grill, Ten Asian Bistro, and Taleo Mexican Grill.

What started as a consultation quickly became a dynamic partnership. Together, they transformed an existing Mediterranean concept into FOB—where fresh seafood, grilled meats, and vibrant sauces take center stage.

Growth, Grit & Game-Changing Flavors

FOB quickly became a local favorite with dishes that balanced indulgence and health—think fire-grilled fish, succulent shrimp, juicy chicken kabobs, and signature sauces that made every meal unforgettable. OMG, remember the Famous Taco Tuesday! Tustin loved it. Placentia welcomed it. Santa Ana embraced it. Three locations later, the FOB experience is a staple of the Orange County food scene.

But Moe and Ramsay are just getting started. 

Enter Kabo Kitchen: Fast Food, Reinvented—actually, a revolution!

With the same bold vision that fueled FOB’s success, they are now redefining fast food with their newest concept: Kabo Kitchen. Launching near Santa Ana College in April 2025
